100% Acrylic Cement Modifier is based on a proven 100% acrylic polymer design to improve the chemical, corrosion, moisture and salt resistance of cement renders. It is superior to more common PVA and SBR based modifiers because of its superior durability and resistance to hydrolysis.
Brick and Render Sealer is a revolutionary waterborne superior acrylic polymer which provides a hard film resistive to water damage, staining, helps to prevent and slow fretting of masonry surfaces and is supplemented with a highly effective biocide to inhibit the growth of fungi, algae and lichens. Brick and Render Sealer is highly resistant to UV light and will not yellow. The use of Brick and Render Sealer prior to painting with acrylic paints will improve their performance and durability. Brick and Render Sealer can be used on any porous or semi-porous masonry needing protection.
Concrete Floor Sealer is a water based acrylic with glossy hard finish and excellent adhesion properties to provide an economic, serviceable finish for domestic concrete floors.
Concrete Paving Sealer is a tough solvent based coating providing a durable finish for concrete pavers. It extends the life of pavers by up to 40% and provides a clear, non-yellowing, low gloss film which resists oils, grease and general dirt pick up.
CROMFLOOR™ Polymer Flooring System is a waterborne, decorative finish for domestic and commercial concrete floors. It is economical, hard wearing and easy to install. Available in a range of colours with multitone decorative flakes to provide a professional finish.
CROMFLOOR™ PU 51 is a waterborne polyurethane coating that uses European polyurethane technology to produce a tough film that has excellent abrasion and stain resisting properties. CROMFLOOR™ Rocfloor is a waterborne sealer, hardener and dust proofer for new or old concrete floors. It is a proven and highly effective means of providing a durable and stain resistant finish. The unique combination of physical properties makes CROMFLOOR™ Rocfloor suitable for commercial and industrial floors.
CROMFLOOR™ Safecure is a transparent, quick drying, waterborne coating that cures, hardens and dust proofs concrete floors or slabs. Applied to a newly poured concrete surface it rapidly forms an impervious film that allows the concrete to cure properly. CROMFLOOR™ Safecure is free of solvent fumes, oil, waxes, chlorinated rubbers or associated carbon tetrachloride. CROMFLOOR™ Safecure resists construction stains and materially reduces the cost of cleaning up after work is completed.
CROMFLOOR™ WB2K is a two component waterborne epoxy sealer that combines the excellent adhesion and toughness of epoxy resins with the advantages of using water as a carrier.
CROMMIX™ Acrylic Modifier represents a new generation of cement modifiers, developed to improve the physical properties of cement mortars and to produce exceptional performance in cement renders. The CROMPROOF™ Elastoseal® Multi System is a waterborne, neoprene rubber membrane system capable of rapid drying at any level of atmospheric humidity. The CROMPROOF™ Elastoseal® Multi System provides a tough elastomeric seamless membrane designed for waterproofing areas that are subject to immersion, ponding or bunding. CROMPROOF™ Elastoseal® TR is a high performance synthetic rubber-based membrane, designed to offer long-term UV and weather resistance to exposed areas subjected to ponding and permanent immersion.
CROMPROOF™ Membryl® is a waterborne elastomeric waterproofing membrane with outstanding long-term weathering performance. CROMPROOF™ Membryl® is an effective anti-carbonation membrane for concrete as it exceeds the “Klopfer Criterion” requirements of Sd < 4m and R > 50m.
CROMPROOF™ Membryl® HVT is a waterborne elastomeric waterproofing membrane designed for use on exposed concrete decks, flat roofs, gutters, parapets and walls above grade. CROMPROOF™ Membryl® HVT offers a tough, flexible membrane with outstanding weathering and UV stability. The most outstanding feature of CROMPROOF™ Membryl® HVT however, is its ability to 'breathe'. This prevents blistering caused by moisture trapped beneath the coating. It is suitable for light traffic and can be shaded to a range of colours.
CROMPROOF™ Polyfab is a non woven, rot proof polyester fabric for use in conjunction with liquid waterproofing membranes. It is easier to wet out and it possesses superior flexibility to materials such as fibreglass.
CROMPROOF™ Polyfab BB is a 100mm wide self-adhesive non-woven polyester fabric. It incorporates a self-adhesive portion (central 1/3 of tape) that acts as a bond breaker over joints, cracks or other areas of movement. When used in conjunction with approved liquid applied waterproofing membranes the combined system will meet the requirements of AS 3740:2005 “Waterproofing of Wet Areas Within Residential Buildings”.
CROMPROOF™ PWC is a biochemically modified silicate solution that provides long-term waterproofing and durability benefits to concrete. It penetrates into concrete and reacts with free calcium and water to form a water insoluble calcium silicate hydrate gel complex in cracks, pores and capillaries. This gel creates a sub-surface barrier against the ingress of water and contaminants such as chloride ions. CROMPROOF™ PWC will seal existing leaking cracks to 2.0mm. In the matrix the product remains active when in contact with water to provide autogenous healing properties to future hairline cracks.
CROMPROOF™ Wetite® is a waterborne flexible SBR waterproof membrane designed for use under tiled finishes that is capable of accommodating expected structural movement. It complies with the performance requirements of Building Code of Australia F1.4 and Australian Standard 3740 "Waterproofing of Wet Areas Within Residential Buildings". May be used under cement based tile adhesives that meet the requirements of Australian Standard 2358.
CROMSEAL™ Acrylic Roof Coating is a 100% acrylic formulation, specifically designed to seal, restore and rejuvenate old and aged roofs to their former colours, or to a new and more modern colour. CROMSEAL™ Acrylic Roof Coating is a highly durable flexible finish, formulated for excellent resistance to Australian and South East Asian weather. It not only rejuvenates and restores but it also improves the weatherability of the roof, and also inhibits the growth of mould and lichen.
CROMSEAL™ Anti Corrosion Primer is a reactive primer designed to passivate and prime light to medium corroded surfaces. It reacts with the substrate to form a ‘passivation barrier’ between the corrosive elements and the substrate itself, thereby retarding the corrosion process. The excellent adhesion, very low moisture permeability and anti-corrosion properties makes CROMSEAL™ Anti Corrosion Primer the ideal primer for most metal surfaces.
CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Primer is a waterborne penetrating treatment to weathered asbestos cement sheeting that soaks through the lichen and degraded asbestos down to sound base material, binding these unstable elements.
When used together with CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Topcoat, the product forms part of The CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® System, a proven encapsulation system used throughout Australia since 1990.
CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Topcoat is a waterborne high-build elastomeric roofing membrane. CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Topcoat is applied to a weathered asbestos cement surface that has been pre-treated with CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Primer to provide a durable, decorative, lightfast protective coating. Active ingredients in CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Topcoat also resist the growth of moss and lichen. When used together with CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® Primer, the product forms part of The CROMSEAL™ Fibroseal® System, an accredited and proven encapsulation system used throughout Australia since 1990.
CROMSEAL™ Fungikill is designed for the effective treatment of biological growth, such as algae, fungi and lichen from a wide variety of substrates such as roof tiles, fibre cement, brick and masonry. CROMSEAL™ Fungikill may also be applied on internal surfaces such as bathrooms and laundries.
CROMSEAL™ RT Primer is a waterborne 100% acrylic resin formula that provides a high degree of adhesion to clay or concrete roof tiles and fibrous cement. It develops water resistance very quickly to become a very efficient surface sealer that reduces the absorption loss of subsequent finishes.
A clear waterborne treatment used to strengthen the surface of natural limestone and sandstone. Strengthens and protects the surface from damage caused by high pressure steam cleaning. Replaces binder in the stone that has been lost due to weathering or chemical attack.
CROMSHIELD™ Barricade NS is a waterborne non-sacrificial anti-graffiti coating incorporating a specialized polymer system that provides a clear barrier against graffiti and other pollutants on dense substrates. Graffiti can be removed by the use of CROMFLOOR™ HD Cleaner. CROMSHIELD™ Barricade NS is UV and weather resistant and contains a highly effective dry film fungicide to inhibit biological growth.
CROMSHIELD™ Barricade RGB is a waterborne sacrificial anti-graffiti coating incorporating a specialised polymer system that provides a clear barrier against graffiti and other pollutants. The coating, together with any graffiti, can be completely removed by hot water, pressure steam cleaning or using and ammonia-based cleaning agent, leaving the substrate clean and ready to be recoated.
As a sealer, CROMSHIELD™ Barricade RGB acts as a reliable water repellant whilst allowing the substrate to “breathe”. The coating is UV and weather resistant and contains a highly effective dry film fungicide to inhibit biological growth.
CROMSHIELD™ Enhance Gloss is a tough gloss finish surface treatment that provides a classic “wet look” finish by restoring & enhances natural colours. The product has been modified to promote extremely low dirt pick up, making treated areas easier to maintain and keep clean. Worn or damaged areas can be recoated without stripping or grinding.
CROMSHIELD™ Enhance Penetrating is a highly water repellent treatment that penetrates deep into surfaces to cure and impede the passage of moisture. CROMSHIELD™ Enhance Penetrating reacts with soluble salts in cementitious surfaces to block capillaries whilst still allowing the substrate to release retained moisture, ie breathe.
CROMSHIELD™ Enhance Satin is a tough satin finish surface treatment that provides protection, restores & enhances natural colours. The product has been modified to promote extremely low dirt pick up, making treated areas easier to maintain and keep clean. Worn or damaged areas can be recoated without stripping or grinding and most stains are easily removed by detergents.
CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WB provides a clear, hard wearing water repellent coating that will enhance and protect the appearance of low and medium porosity masonry surfaces. The hard film is resistive to water damage, disfigurement by airborne pollutants and its water repellent properties are supplemented by a highly effective biocide to inhibit the growth of fungi, algae and lichens. CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WB is both trafficable and highly resistant to UV light. The use of CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WB under other waterborne finishes will improve their performance and durability. CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WB can be applied over cured decorative coatings.
CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WSi is a new generation surface treatment which penetrates porous masonry surface to provide water repellency to the substrate. CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WSi provides a combination of different sized polymer particles to fill different sized voids. Furthermore the product chemically reacts with the substrate to provide long-lasting performance.
CROMSHIELD™ Limestone is a unique waterborne surface treatment with exceptional water repellency and binding properties. CROMSHIELD™ Limestone is a hydrophobic binder rather than a film forming sealer - this feature allows the various materials to “breathe” normally. It also contains a highly effective biocide that inhibits mould and algal growth. CROMSHIELD™ Limestone converts fretting natural stone and masonry from a soft material to a hard dust-free natural finish with excellent weathering and durability.
CROMSHIELD™ Next Day is a waterborne sealer and curing compound for freshly poured concrete and in-situ limestone-concrete surfaces. It provides temporary immediate dust proofing and assists in stain protection whilst enabling the concrete to release moisture effectively.
For longer term protection, CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WB should be applied to areas subject to reasonable traffic once the beading of water no longer occurs. In any case consider reapplying CROMSHIELD™ Enhance WB after 2 years in service.
CROMSHIELD™ Rammed Earth is a waterborne treatment designed for penetrating into and sealing rammed earth surfaces. It has excellent UV resistance and weathering ability for external applications as well as moisture and detergent resistance for use in kitchen and bathroom areas.
CROMSHIELD™ Slate is a high gloss, durable coating that seals and protects old and new slate surfaces while bringing out the natural colours. Recoating when necessary is no problem as the new coat will blend with the old to provide a new, hard wearing surface.
CROMSHIELD™ Stain Repel is a unique waterborne surface treatment with great resistance to chemicals and staining agents, outstanding water repellency and binding properties.
CROMSHIELD™ Timber Restorer & Sealer is based on a unique, hydrophobic, low odour water-borne polymer blend that is perfect to protect all exterior and interior wood surfaces from the degradation by sunlight and mould. Unlike oil-based timber sealers, the product does not darken the timber finish over time. Cracking, peeling and blistering does not occur and requires no sanding or keying prior to recoating. Provides a tested and proven treatment to safely seal CCA treated pine, enabling future recoating without sanding.
Dampstop is a two component water borne epoxy which combines the excellent adhesion and toughness of epoxy resins with the advantages of using water as a carrier.
Efflorescence Remover is a mixture of inorganic acids in water which is recommending for cleaning up efflorescence stained masonry substrates. Also ideal as a general paving cleaner before sealing.
Exterior Grade Brushable Waterproofer is a water based modified rubber emulsion formulated for use as a water proof membrane and protective coating. Exterior Grade Brushable Waterproofer has a high degree of UV stability.
Grout Sealer is a revolutionary clear water repellent sealer for low porosity surfaces. It provides a clear, transparent, non silicon coating which is both trafficable and highly resistant to UV light. Resistive to water damage, airborne pollutants and contains an effective anti fungal biocide.
Krystol is a cementitious chemical powder compound used for the treatment of concrete and other materials containing Portland cement. Krystol provides protection against moisture, water pressure, certain aggressive chemicals and serves as a hardening and curing agent.
Limestone and Sandstone Sealer is an unique water based surface treatment with exceptional binding properties for limestone. Limestone and Sandstone Sealer is a hydrophobic binder which allows the limestone to “breathe”.
Marble and Granite Sealer is a unique waterborne surface treatment with great resistance to chemicals and staining agents, outstanding water repellency and binding properties. It is both a penetrating and a film forming sealer - this provides protection whilst allowing the various substrates to “breathe” normally. It also contains an antimicrobial additive inhibiting mould and algal growth.
Natural Finish Sealer is a solvent-based clear penetrating sealer providing a matt finish. It is a formulated composition of waterproofing compounds which provide long term protection to substrates against water penetration.
It reacts below the surface to form a barrier against efflorescence (white salts).
Neutral Cure Silicone is a low VOC, low odour, low MEKO general purpose silicone sealer with superior proven performance and reliability. Neutral Cure Silicone contains no air or lumps and has a lot of body so it does not smear during use. It has a wide range of applications and is ideal as a bond breaker prior to the application of CROMPROOF™ Wetite.
Pond Sealer Clear is a liquid applied water-based reliable solution to permanently seal fishponds and ornamental pools. It should only be used in areas where there are no pre-existing holes, cracks or expected movement. In these situations use one of the Pond Sealer Colours range.
Pond Sealer Colours is a liquid applied flexible waterproofing membrane. Pond Sealer Colours provides an attractive finish in a range of colours. Pond Sealer Colours can also be reinforced with Crommelin Reinforcing Fabric over areas of existing cracks.
Colours: Black, Blue and Sandstone.
Pool Paving Sealer is a clear penetrating sealer for pavers around salt and chlorinated pools. Is UV resistant, easy to apply by brush, roller or spray and will enhance the appearance of the pavers.
Reinforcing Fabric is a non woven 100% polyester material which is rot proof. It is easy to wet and possesses superior elongation and flex life than other materials such as fibreglass.
Reinforcing Fabric with Bondbreaker is a self adhesive polyester fabric tape. It has transverse elongation of 200%. The self adhesive portion (central 1/3 of tape) acts as a bond breaker. Must be used with Shower Waterproofing Membrane to comply with AS3740-2004.
Shower Waterproofing Membrane is a single pack, ready to use, heavy duty membrane. It is water based and consists of synthetic rubber and silicaceous aggregate. It is designed to seal wet areas prior to tiling to create a complete waterproof barrier to the Australian Standard AS3740-2004 for waterproofing shower recesses.
Slate Sealer is a solvent based high gloss, durable coating which seals and protects old and new slate surfaces while bringing out the natural colours.
Slip Resistive Additive is a revolutionary glass sphere for all film forming coatings where a slip resistive profile is required. By simply adding Slip Resistive Additive you will improve the slip resistant profile of the finished coating.
Sportsline is an economical, quick drying, safe to use, water based line marking paint based on a water resistant styrene acrylic binder for sports playing fields.
Supaflow Clear is a concentrated air entraining agent for cement mortars. It entrains minute air bubbles in the mix, which act like ball bearings, producing an easily workable or “fatty” mortar. Cement mortars containing Supaflow Clear are strong, durable and economical.
Water Based Paving Sealer is a clear water repellent sealer for low porosity surfaces. It provides a clear, transparent, non silicon coating which is both trafficable and highly resistant to UV light. Resistive to water damage, airborne pollutants and contains an effective anti fungal biocide.
Wet Look Paving Sealer is a tough low sheen finish coating with an extremely low dirt pick-up rate. This makes paved areas easier to maintain and keep clean. Wet Look Paving Sealer can assist in extending the life of your concrete or pavers by up to 40% and provides a clear, non yellowing film which resists oil and grease. Worn or damaged areas can be recoated without stripping or grinding and most stains are removed by detergents. The finish will depend on surface porosity and quantity of Wet Look Paving Sealer applied.
