For over 15 years CROMSEAL Fibroseal System has provided a proven alternative to the replacement of weathered and damaged asbestos roofs.
Recently, the CROMSEAL Fibroseal System has been improved to incorporate CoolRoof technology. This technology provides a finished surface that effectively reflects heat. In turn this reduces roof cavity temperatures on treated roofs by up to 20oC, providing significant savings to building cooling costs.
As a true encapsulation system, CROMSEAL Fibroseal System can be applied directly to weathered asbestos without the need to high-pressure clean the surface. CROMSEAL Fibroseal System penetrates through the surface, binding the unstable elements together. This system encapsulates loose weathered roof surfaces and prevents asbestos fibres from entering the atmosphere, significantly reducing health risks associated with exposure to weathered asbestos surfaces.
Crommelin have a network of established and approved applicators throughout Australia, able to provide a warranty for the installation of the system.
