Fiona Stanley Hospital, in Murdoch,  is due to be open in 2014, it  will be Western Australia's flagship health facility. It will be the major tertiary hospital in the south metropolitan area and will offer health care services to communities south of Perth and across the State.

Fiona Stanley Hospital has two mulitstorey carparks totalling 67,000m2 under construction. The 12,000m2 carpark required a long term wateroroofing solution for the concrete; which PWC was ideal to apply. The 55,000m2 car park required a protective grey coating that resisted oils, grease and general dirt pick up.
