FIBROSEAL SYSTEM
Description: The FIBROSEAL SYSTEM is designed
to bind unstable asbestos fibres, extend the service life
of asbestos cement roofs and reduce roof cavity temperatures,
thereby creating an improvement in cooling costs and working
environments. The system consists of a water based primer
and a water based high build acrylic coating (available in
various colours).
Uses: The FIBROSEAL SYSTEM is approved to the
Australian Government’s GPC / APAS requirements.
Description: RIDGE CAP REPAIR is a
highly flexible pointing compound with excellent adhesion
properties. It will provide long term durability under
harsh Australian conditions.
Uses: RIDGE CAP REPAIR is suitable
for use with both new and old ridge capping.

Description: FUNGIKILL is a biocidal pre-treatment
designed to kill and have a lasting residual effect to prevent
regrowth on surfaces contaminated with mould or algae, lichens,

roof tiles and other exterior masonry surfaces.
Description: ROOF ACRYLIC GLAZE is a 100%
acrylic water based clear coating which provides a high gloss
finish, is durable and has early water resistance.
Uses: Designed as a glaze coat to be used over
Crommelin ROOF ACRYLIC GLOSS or over clay (terracotta) tiles.
Description: ROOF ACRYLIC GLOSS is a water
based acrylic coating that is most effective in withstanding
weather and providing a pleasing gloss finish.
Uses: ROOF ACRYLIC GLOSS has been developed to
rejuvenate weathered clay and cement tiles and can be used
on all types of roofing materials, including concrete tiles,
clay tiles, metal roofs and fibrous cement shingles.
Description: ROOF ACRYLIC SEALER is a water
based new generation 100% acrylic resin formula which provides
a high degree of adhesion to clay or concrete tiles and fibrous
cement.
Uses: ROOF ACRYLIC SEALER for roof tiles prior
to coating with ROOF ACRYLIC GLOSS.
