REMOVABLE GRAFFITI BARRIER.
BARRICADE ANTI GRAFFITI SYSTEM provides a clear barrier against
graffiti and other pollutants. The coating is UV and weather
resistant.

BONDING & SEALING AGENT
Description: BONDING & SEALING AGENT
is a new resin technology designed to provide superior bonding
and performance to old PVA bonding agents. It may be used
as a sealer and bonds to a wide variety of construction materials
including most plastics, some metals and fabrics.
Uses: Used as an additive in cement mortars, renders,
patching /repair work, GRC panels, and waterproof cementitious
coatings. Other applications: Priming and sealing porous surfaces
prior to painting, Binding loose surfaces and dust proofing,
Tile fixing and grouting, Carpentry and joinery, Craftwork.
Please note: NOT SUITABLE for use in permanently wet conditions.
Description: CLEANING & THINNING SOLVENT
is an aromatic hydrocarbon solvent.
Uses: CLEANING & THINNING SOLVENT is
used as a cleaning solvent for Crommelin CONCRETE PAVING SEALER,

CONCRETE FLOOR SEALER
Description: CONCRETE FLOOR SEALER is a water
based tintable acrylic with glossy hard finish and excellent
adhesion properties to provide an economic, serviceable finish
for domestic concrete floors.
Uses: CONCRETE FLOOR SEALER is designed
to dustproof and seal domestic concrete floors. The surface
is tileable and suitable for most adhesives except solvent
based carpet adhesives.
Description: CONCRETE FLOOR STAIN is a water
based tint for use with CONCRETE FLOOR SEALER to provide a
decorative serviceable finish for domestic concrete floors.
Uses: CONCRETE FLOOR STAIN is to be
added to CONCRETE FLOOR SEALER to provide an attractive
stained finish to concrete floors.
Description: CONCRETE PAVING SEALER is a
tough solvent based coating providing a durable finish for
concrete pavers. It extends the life of pavers by up to 40%
and provides a clear, non-yellowing, low gloss film which
resists oils, grease and general dirt pick up.
Uses: CONCRETE PAVING SEALER is used as a sealer
for concrete pavers. It is the ideal choice for commercial
areas, bus stations, turning bays, shopping malls, take-away
food outlets and pedestrian areas.
Description: DAMPSTOP is a two component
water borne epoxy which combines the excellent adhesion and
toughness of epoxy resins with the advantages of using water
as a carrier.
Uses: DAMPSTOP is used as an internal concrete
sealer to form an impervious oil resistant non dusting surface
which will prevent rising damp. If required, it may be overcoated
with conventional paints.
Description: GROUT SEALER is a revolutionary
clear water repellent sealer for low porosity surfaces. It
provides a clear, transparent, non silicon coating which is
both trafficable and highly resistant to UV light. Resistive
to water damage, airborne pollutants and contains an effective
anti fungal biocide.
Uses: Can be applied as an effective, hygienic
water and stain resistant sealer to grout.
Description: LIMESTONE & SANDSTONE SEALER
is an unique water based surface treatment with exceptional
binding properties for limestone. LIMESTONE & SANDSTONE
SEALER is a hydrophobic binder which allows the limestone
to “breathe”.
Uses: LIMESTONE & SANDSTONE SEALER is
used as a water repellent surface binder and also to resist
fungal growth on limestone and other high porosity surfaces.

MULTISEALER
Description: MULTISEALER is a water based
pre-treatment for concrete and other surfaces.
Uses: Pre-treatment for ELASTOSEAL®
HD, ELASTOSEAL® MULTI and other coatings on concrete
surfaces.
Description: NATURAL FINISH SEALER is a solvent-based
clear penetrating sealer providing a matt finish. It is a
formulated composition of waterproofing compounds which provide
long term protection to substrates against water penetration.
It reacts below the surface to form a barrier against efflorescence
(white salts).

based acrylic polymer emulsion having excellent UV resistance
and weathering ability for external surfaces, and moisture

Description: SAFECURE 309WB is a transparent,
quick-drying, one pack water based liquid which cures, hardens

which allows the concrete to cure properly.
Uses: Applied to newly poured concrete, SAFECURE
309WB will seal, harden and dustproof the surface.

colours.

quick drying, safe to use, water based line marking paint
based on a water resistant styrene acrylic binder for sports
playing fields.
