100% ACRYLIC CEMENT MODIFIER
Description: 100% ACRYLIC CEMENT MODIFIER
is based on a proven 100% acrylic polymer designed to improve
the chemical, corrosion, moisture and salt resistance of cement
renders. It is superior to more common PVA and SBR based modifiers
because of its superior durability and resistance to hydrolysis.
Uses: Used as an additive in cement mortars,
renders, patching / repair work, GRC panels, and waterproof
cementitious coatings.

BLACKSEAL
Description: BLACKSEAL is a water based bitumen
modified rubber emulsion formulated for use as a damp proof
membrane and protective coating. BLACKSEAL is suitable for
a variety of surfaces.
Uses: BLACKSEAL is used as a damp proof
membrane on retaining walls.
Description: ELASTOSEAL®
HD is a tough elastomeric membrane based on a heavy
duty modified Neoprene compound with excellent elongation
(1300%). It may be reinforced with a non woven polyester
fabric and remains watertight even under permanently
wet conditions.
Uses: It has been designed for high performance
waterproofing in areas such as reinforced concrete roofs,
balconies, external tiled areas, basements, retaining walls
in positive situation.
Description: The ELASTOSEAL® MULTI
SYSTEM is a unique water based neoprene, liquid applied,
waterproof membrane which has the ability to cure at
high humidity levels.
Uses: Where water based waterproofing is required
in high humidity conditions or for use in contact with potable
water.
Description: EXTERIOR GRADE BRUSHABLE WATERPROOFER
is a water based modified rubber emulsion formulated for use
as a water proof membrane and protective coating. EXTERIOR

GROUT SEALER
Description: GROUT SEALER is a revolutionary
clear water repellent sealer for low porosity surfaces. It
provides a clear, transparent, non silicon coating which is
both trafficable and highly resistant to UV light. Resistive
to water damage, airborne pollutants and contains an effective
anti fungal biocide.
Uses: Can be applied as an effective, hygienic
water and stain resistant sealer to grout.
Description: MEMBRYL offers a tough, flexible
liquid membrane with outstanding weathering and UV stability.
It is suitable for light traffic and can be shaded to a range
of colours. It is a water based acrylic product which is available
in white, light grey and other colours on order.
Uses: MEMBRYL is used as a liquid membrane for
exposed concrete decks, flat roofs, gutters, parapets and
walls above grade. It also may be used to provide anti-carbonation
protection for concrete structures to prevent concrete cancer.
Description: MEMBRYL HVT is a water based
high vapour transmission, tough, flexible liquid membrane
with outstanding weathering and UV stability. The most outstanding
feature of MEMBRYL HVT is its ability to “breathe”.
It is available in white, light grey and other colours to
order.
Uses: MEMBRYL HVT is used as a liquid membrane
for exposed concrete decks, flat roofs gutters, parapets and
above grade walls where trafficability is required and where
moisture may be present in a substrate.
Description: NATURAL FINISH SEALER is a solvent-based
clear penetrating sealer providing a matt finish. It is a
formulated composition of waterproofing compounds which provide
long term protection to substrates against water penetration.
It reacts below the surface to form a barrier against efflorescence
(white salts).

Description: RADCON #7® is a clear colourless,

Description: REINFORCING FABRIC is a non
woven 100% polyester material which is rot proof. It is easy
to wet and possesses superior elongation and flex life than
other materials such as fibreglass.
Uses: REINFORCING FABRIC is the ideal reinforcing
fabric for waterproofing applications using Crommelin liquid
applied waterproofing membranes.
Description: REINFORCING FABRIC WITH BONDBREAKER
is a self adhesive polyester fabric tape. It has transverse
elongation of 200%. The self adhesive portion (central 1/3
of tape) acts as a bond breaker. Must be used with SHOWER
WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE to comply with AS3740-1994.
Uses: An ideal bond breaking reinforcement
at joints and penetrations when used with Crommelin SHOWER
WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE in the waterproofing of internal wet
areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc.

Description: SHOWER SEALER is a penetrating
waterproofing treatment providing an unique chemical reaction
