Crommelin Bitflex is a water based bitumen emulsion, modified with a synthetic rubber co-polymer to provide excellent waterproofing properties and good flexibility.
Bitflex is formulated for use in below ground, non-UV exposed conditions, in non-critical waterproofing applications. (Not adjacent to habitable areas)
